On Friday, 21 November, we are hosting a special wild game dinner. Our chef will be serving a refined 5-course menu featuring beautiful seasonal wild game dishes.

During the evening, a hunter will share insights about the craft of hunting and the origin of the meat, a unique opportunity to learn more about what’s on your plate.

In the Netherlands, hunting is permitted only under strict regulations: within specific seasons, for a limited number of species, and under government supervision. This ensures that nature remains in balance, prevents damage to agriculture, and contributes to road safety.

The game obtained in this way is an honest, seasonal product — a natural alternative to intensive livestock farming.
