This summer, the bandstand in Oosterpark once again becomes the atmospheric setting for the Oosterpark Picnic Concerts. On three Sundays: June 22, July 13, and August 17. You can enjoy free classical concerts in the open air, surrounded by greenery. Bring your picnic blanket, join one of the workshops, or be surprised by beautifully performed chamber music.

11:00 – 11:30 Music workshop for children (ages 3–8)
11:30 – 12:30 Workshop: Try an instrument
12:30 – 13:30 Picnic Concert (livestreamed from the bandstand)
13:30 – 14:30 Children’s concert
June 22 – Delphine Trio (clarinet, cello, piano)
With repertoire by Beethoven, Juon, Sierra, and Schnyder
July 13 – Duo Tilanus–Köszeghy
Performing Dvořák’s Silhouettes, romantic chamber music
August 17 – Park String Sextet
Performed by members of the Frank Bridge Piano Quartet and friends
